3D scanner

While building the Alias model I remembered reading about a home made 3D scanner using a Web cam and a laser line. I decided to give it a try so I can Scan my clay model in and compare it to my Alias model. Should have this done by the end of this week...

So far I gave it a test run on this Iron Man Slurpee cup....... The results are pretty good for something found for free on the internet.......... All info for it can be found here http://www.david-laserscanner.com/

For the Second part of the assignment we had to redesign the vehicle for the year 2030. We had to keep the same rendering style and perspective keeping the same rendering technique as the first gray scales. This is what I came up with...
